I still have a copy of the developer's E.T.O (Essential Tools & Objects) cd from 1993. It includes MPW 3.2.3 but also a specific version for68000 Macs. This is a real developer's cd from Apple not a burned copy. Would this be of interest?

Sounds interesting, are you thinking of making a disk image available? Looks like Apple's FTP server no longer is supporting this software.
