Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the first edition of Guide to the Macintosh Family Hardware is actually called "Macintosh Family Hardware Reference". Am I right? These recently ended eBay listings seem like it:

They didn't sell, so maybe the sellers still have them? Also, it looks like Amazon has several reasonably-priced used copies of it. That may be the way to go to get it...
