Macintosh IIFX SIMMs are odd birds used only in the IIfx and in one of the LaserWriter printers. So they are not commonly available. Even the 1 MB SIMMs are rather hard to find.
Their maximum capacity is 16MB per SIMM, just like a 30 pin SIMM, but DRAM chips to build that capacity were not available when the IIfx was a current model computer.
So, I built 16 MB SIMMs for the IIfx to take the machine to its maximum of 128 MB of RAM.
BTW, email me if you want what I have on the PALs. I suspect it's incomplete, but it's better than nothing. Now I wonder where I got it, as I can't find it on-line again.
