Well, thats odd. the developer note said it had a Data Pump Driver in the ROM. hmmm..... it didnt say anything about a DeclROM either.

it also says in the developer note, there is an extension and a control panel for the express modems in the Duo. Maybe thats it? And it all goes through the communication toolbox.
