Re-flow it is. I would like to attempt to do it myself, but I am not sure what tools I need to do it.

Would something like this be suitable?

And do I need something li like this to pre-heat it?

Any suggestions would be nice. At $99, I'd like to go without the pre heater if I can, as my budget is rather tight, but I'll get it if it is ABSOLUTELY necessary to do the job right.
