Charon

Dear Moderators, included you'll find a binhexed version of Charon 0.9.9 for inclusion in your archives. I am sending this on behalf of the author. Charon is a mailer for points in Fidonet. This version replaces the earlier version comm/bbs/charon-0985.hqx. New features include: + A revised menu structure. + All serial ports can now be used. + An "unattended mode," which allows for automatic dialing. + Full AppleScript support. + cps indicators. + more robust configuration files. + Full EMSI address parsing (if used in conjuction with Obolus). + Many other improvements. Charon is not a full Fidonet mailer, as it cannot answer incoming calls. Charon is freeware.
