I'm a HUGE fan of world builder games and have considered making some new ones! They're all black and white, some have sounds (which don't seem to work under PPC).

Ray Dunakin is something of a giant in the genre, and all his works are shareware and available at his site. Also of value is the game Radical Castle, not sure where you would find that now though.
