Hmm... yeah, I think I can do that. At the very least I can build the 17 series, since that doesn't require much in the way of new dependencies. I haven't yet tried to build the newer compiler for 19+.

I tried 'hg diff' but I get a diff including all of your patches, too. Perhaps that's because I started with a tarball and built the hg repo on top of that. I'll get you a diff somehow.
