Ok, decided to try putting a cermaic cap over the 'L' key (thinking that i was getting some feedback from someware, and that it would eliminate the feedback) and it worked, but with one problem, it prevented the L key from working
So i clipped one leg of the cap, and the l key worked again...
and oddly, i am getting no problems with the keyboard typeing random L's....
so no idea why that sorted it, but it did
