I recently contacted the author of ToolDaemon, which is a telnet <-> MPW ToolServer interface, and asked him if he'd be willing to open-source his program, since it didn't have a mainstream market anymore.

He agreed, and mailed me yesterday to say he released the source on GitHuB: https://github.com/fblondiau/ToolDaemon
