Hmm... That is interesting, the mesh controller in mine is not very pickey about the hdd (it however didn't like me setting the cd's Id higher than 2)

Maybe the normal scsi bus is the picky one on mine.... Will do some testing tommrow. (That's if I don't get distracted by recapping my duo and the 450's tdk psu )
