There have been several threads about or including information on this documentation, so I figured it was time for starting a definitive thread. The best listing I've found with info on a lot of these books is very good but incomplete. For example, the 1992 edition of Designing Cards and Drivers appears to be MIA

I'm thinking that a scan of each cover might be a good idea. I've ordered and received a duplicate copy because the pic was wrong on Amazon's site.
