Red Pencil

Red Pencil is a search engine and 'server' for Press Releases. It was established to collect and disseminate information in the form most useful to the various news media, and to make it possible for small organisations and even individuals to gain the same kind of breadth of access to the media that only large organisations have previous enjoyed. Professional news-journalists can use it as an automated news-gatherer, using the built-in automatic delivery system - which is clever enough to select which kind of Press Releases to send, once it's been given suitable parameters to match. This archive is a 'roamer' submission-form for Red Pencil ... meaning that you can load it as a local file in your browser, and use it to compose and submit Press releases 'off line'. When you're ready, you can hit the 'submit' button on the form, and your computer will automatically dial up and send off your entry, which will be available to a world-wide audience only moments later.
