Intercom Hc

Intercom! is a "poor man's" voice intercom, usable by any machine that is capable of running HyperCard 2.1. It offers "near real-time" text AND voice communications, for those with older Macintoshes that don't have AV capability. It allows people to send voice and/or text messages over an Appletalk network, by recording a sound in HyperCard, saving it to a file, and copying the file over the network. When it hits its destination, the file is automatically opened, and the sound automatically played. This creates a "near real-time" environment, that is quite acceptable for those with lower-end Macintoshes. -- Cindy M. Carney cindy@halcyon.com
