So before I got that LCD I messaged you about, I messaged the seller specifically about it not having dead pixels or any other issues.  They assured me that it was in Grade A shape, which I took to mean that it's like-new.  So I pulled the trigger and got it, especially with the free shipping, which is hard to do with a heavy monitor for so cheap.

So I went ahead and got it, but when it arrived, it had 4 dead pixels and makes a loud buzzing noise when plugged in.  I would have to guess that the LCD's power supply is dying.

The seller refunded my money, but I'd 've rather had a working LCD.
