Mail Kanji Fixer

MailKanjiFixer is a small utility program which can fix and convert corrupted (and unreadbale) Japanese Kanji characters in the e-mail or in the normal text file into readable Shift-JIS kanji characters. Because of the nature of this program, it's only useful for those who can read/write Japanese.
