Troubleshooting Addendum
For MacOS 9 Users
If iDock serial ports "blank out" on a cold-startup,
delete the iDock, iDock Firmware, iDock Toolbox
from your Extensions Folder. Then install the latest
iDock serial port driver found at
www.compucable.com/m_tech.html.
If the problem persists, use Sherlock to search
System Folder for "USBADB". Delete USBADB
.files that contain "Module" and "Enabler". Then
download and install the latest iDock ADB port
driver found at www.compucable.com/m_tech.html.
File Updates
CompuCable only supports iDock software posted
at www.compucable.com/m_tech.html. To ensure
specific software compatibility, iDock-2 software is
downloadable as separate components (serial and
ADB).
