If you need to reinstall this software in a different language, first run the HP Uninstaller application found in the Hewlett-Packard, Applications folder. You may encounter a problem during installation where a forward slash (/) is used in the name of the install drive name (such as English OS X 10.2.6), along with certain combinations of characters or spaces adding up to 20 or more. This will prevent certain HP Communications and HP Director applications from launching on reboot after installation. For Mac OS X Users only: Your print or fax queue is configured automatically after setup. If you want to configure the queues manually then please follow the steps mentioned below. Creating a print queue 1. Launch Print Center (or Printer Setup Utility in OS X.3). 2. Click on the Add button in the Printer List window. 3. Select USB from the pop up list. 4. Select your all-in-one device from the list and click Add. 5. Quit Print Center. Creating a fax queue 1. Launch Print Center (or Printer Setup Utility in OS X.3). 2. Click on the Add button in the Printer List window. 3. Select HP AiO Fax from the drop down list. 4. Select your all-in-one device from the list and click Add. 5. Quit Print Center. Printing in Classic Mode: Changing printers in the Chooser may cause your printer to disappear from the chooser list. Please close the chooser, reopen it, and select the printer again.
