3D WORLD SOFTWARE WARRANTY AND LICENSE AGREEMENT ¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥ SOFTWARE WARRANTY This addendum and the software described in it are copyrighted with all rights reserved. Under the copyright laws, neither this manual nor the software may be reproduced or copied, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from Microspot Limited. Microspot Limited, its distributors and dealers make no warranties, either express or implied with respect to the software contained in this package, its merchantability or its Þtness for any particular purpose. The software is made available only on an Òas isÓ basis. The entire risk as to its quality is with the customer. Microspot Limited, its distributors or dealers are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages even if Microspot Limited have been notiÞed of defects in the software. Microspot Limited does guarantee the addendum and the medium the software is recorded on against physical defects. If such defects are found within 90 days of the purchase date and the defective items are returned, they will be replaced free of charge. No other warranty is express or implied. Microspot Limited shall not be liable for consequen- tial damages. LICENSE AGREEMENT PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE. BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, PROMPTLY RETURN THE UNUSED SOFTWARE TO THE PLACE WHERE YOU OBTAINED IT AND YOUR MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. 1. License. The application, demonstration, system and other software accompanying this License, whether on disk, in read only memory, or on any other media (the ÒSoftwareÓ) the related documentation and fonts are licensed to you by Microspot. You own the disk on which the Software and fonts are recorded but Microspot and/or Microspot Licensors retain title to the Software, related documentation and fonts. This License allows you to use the Software and fonts on a single computer and make one copy of the Software and fonts in machine-read- able format for backup purpose only. You must reproduce on such copy the Microspot copy- right notice and any other proprietary legends that were on the original copy of the Software and fonts. You may also transfer all your license rights in the Software and fonts, the backup i copy of the Software and fonts, the related documentation and a copy of this License to another party, provided the other party reads and agrees to accept the terms and conditions of this License. 2. Restrictions. The Software contains copyrighted material, trade secrets and other propri- etary material.
