Synch or Print by Jonty Reason jonty@globalnet.co.uk If like me you use your printer port to share your Pilot cradle with your printer then you must be bored having to reboot to quit SerialManagerPPC. So I wrote this simple Apple script to do the job. It may not be the most elegant solution but it's better than nothing. I take no responsibilty for anything that may or may not happen. Installation I keep it in the Apple menu. Put it where you want it. The first time you run "Synch or Print", Apple script may ask you where SerialMonitorPPC is. Simply navigate through your folder hierachy till you find it. Use Click on the icon (double click if not in Apple menu) Make sure the Printer port switch cable is set to Palm cradle (sorry I can't automate this bit) Press hotsynch button on cradle Wait till synch is complete Click on OK Switch port cable back to printer You can now print as usual.
