Warranty If this software is delivered on disk, Qdea warrants that the disk on which this software is received is free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for 90 days after the date of original purchase. If a defect occurs during the 90-day period, you may return the disk to Qdea for a free replacement. The remedy for breach of this warranty shall be limited to replacement and shall not encompass any other damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, and special, incidental, or other claims. This software is licensed and delivered on an “as is” basis. Except for the express warranty set forth above, Qdea makes no other warranties, either express or implied, by statute or otherwise, regarding the enclosed computer software product, or its fitness for any particular purpose. Software License Each copy of Synchronize! is licensed for installation on one computer. A single copy of Synchronize may be installed on a second computer for the purposes of synchronizing the information between the two computers, with the restriction that the software may not be in use on both computers at the same time. Installing Synchronize! on more than one computer at the same location requires the purchase of one copy of Synchronize! for each installation.
