Also get pointers on maneuvering your clock hand in Ultimate Spin Doctor. 1 Welcome to Expert’s Ultimate Spin Doctor The overall object of Ultimate Spin Doctor is to achieve a high score by completing game levels, as quickly and with as many points as possible. As you play each level of Ultimate Spin Doctor, the object is to maneuver your clock hand across a field of dots to the sparkling "goal" dot while avoiding dangerous obstacles such as colored clock hands, moving spikes, bullets, oil globs, and closing doors.
