ROUTE 66’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy as to defective media or Related Material(s) shall be, at ROUTE 66’s option, either return of the purchase price or replacement of the media or Related Material(s). Each defective item, along with proof of purchase and date, must be sent in a traceable manner, to: ROUTE 66 Geographic Information Systems B.V., Kerkewijk 69, 3901 EC Veenendaal, The Netherlands. ROUTE 66 DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE, OR RESULTS OF USE, OF THE SOFTWARE, DATA OR RELATED MATERIALS IN TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, CURRENTNESS OR OTHERWISE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO PERFORMANCE AND RESULTS OF THE SOFTWARE IS ASSUMED BY YOU.
