I've got a Kanga I'm trying to refurbish, and it exhibits odd behavior in sleep mode when not plugged in. The machine will go to sleep and stay that way as it should, but the indicator light blinks weakly and the unit will not wake up unless the reset button on the back is pressed. It will then wake up normally. The PRAM/backup battery on this system is known to be dead...could that cause this problem?
