Alright you old pros...
Most of my Mac programming experience is in REALBasic. RB gets the job done for me, but I've recently found a need to dust of my old C and C++ skills. Do any of you have a tip for the best IDE for some quick work w/ apps?
I've used CodeWarrior, but I really love the ability of RB and XCode to just lay out an interface and add the code after. Are there any tools like that (aside from RB) that will allow me to do this for OS 8/9? I'm thinking MPW is not the best choice here.
