I'm thinking about building up a small system based on a Cube motherboard, and I was wondering if anyone can confirm the following parts list. I want to find out the minimum to get a bootable, networked machine. Assume all parts not listed can be substituted with common PC/Mac parts.

Logic board
CPU
DC-DC VRM power board
Ethernet board
AGP riser (*)
Power button
Reset switch
Power supply (**)

(*) If alignment isn't a problem, can I just stick an AGP card straight into the board? Can standard AGP risers be substituted? If I'm running headless, do I need this board at all?

(**) ATX mod possible?

I won't worry about the Airport adapter and antenna: if necessary I'll use a USB 802.11g adapter.
