Various internaladministrative or mechanicalcauses for the shut-down have been floated by many familiar screen-names, and the silence from the Army's officials has occasioned comment.
However, the cause need not be internal. Consider Applefritter's published and ongoing attitude to software distribution, to be no more explicit than that. Consider the 68K MLA's sometimes cavalier attitude to the same matter. Look at this as an example of the same attitude transplanted from there to this Forum.
It is not a remote possibility that 68K MLA is off the air while it is being 'cleansed' under pain of ... you name it.
