A while ago, the main fan (the one that blows air across the heat sink) in my G4 decided to stop working. In it's place i installed a new fan and a speed controller. So, i ask, anyone with an MDD G4 (the one with the mirrored drive bay doors), what is your CPU temp? Im trying to balance fan noise with temperature, and am looking for a baseline. Im currently reading a CPU temp (actually taken at the CPU junction (space between the 2 CPUs) of 46.5 deg C.
