Scr Gv Teleport Slower

Since AppleTalk Remote Access apparently does not support varying the speed of the connection, on marginal lines it is sometimes necessary to connect at a slower speed. Otherwise, a burst of noise can cause the modems to attempt to retrain and hang up the ARA connection.
