About
Since AppleTalk Remote Access apparently does not support varying the speed of the connection, on marginal lines it is sometimes necessary to connect at a slower speed. Otherwise, a burst of noise can cause the modems to attempt to retrain and hang up the ARA connection.
These scripts from Global Village allow connections at various slower baud rates for the Teleport modems.
