Printer Defaults

Attached is version 1.5.8 of Printer Defaults. It adds compatibility with LaserWriter 8.6.x which has a larger set of internal options than previous versions. These options did not all fit in the modification dialog. 1.5.8 replaces all previous versions and should be placed in the info-mac/prn directory.
