Cascade Light 1.0 Cascade Light is a comprehensive Cascading Style Sheets designer for Web authors. Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) give Web designers better control over presentation style, makes website management more efficient and leads to a more adaptable and accessible web. A Cascading Style Sheet can set fonts, colors, white space and other layout aspects of an HTML document in an efficient and flexible manner. CSS is a style sheet standard developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and is supported by web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer. Cascade Light provides a dialog on the Mac to define any style setting that can be expressed in CSS. Cascade can even automatically apply a Cascading Style Sheet to an HTML document in such a way that the style sheet is emulated for older browsers that don't support CSS. Thus webmasters can benefit from Cascading Style Sheets now and still maintain the design for older browsers. Cascade Light works on both PPC and 68K Macs with System 7.0 or later and 2.9 Mb free RAM.
