This package contains mapping ("translation") tables for both Add/Strip (info-mac/text/add-strip-322.hqx) and PowerReplace (info-mac/text/power-replace-63.hqx).
These tables enable you to convert Cyrillic HTML (and text) files between different character sets used on the Internet: MacCyrillic, ISO-IR-111 (KOI-8), ISO-8859-5, Windows-1251, IBM866 (Code Page 866), Unicode. Thereby you need to write your Cyrillic HTML files only with "native" Macintosh fonts but you can present them on the WWW in other encodings.
Version 2.4 lets you convert also from and to UTF-8.
