Grade provides all of the necessary tools and features to make it a very useful and flexible program, but it doesn't have millions of extra screen-cluttering features that over-complicate the user interface. NP Grade is freeware, so you may use it and distribute it freely to anyone whom you wish as long as you do not alter the original MacBinary archive and/or installer file and anything contained within it.
