Think C/C++ From Scratch is a Bookbinder-based HyperCard (2.0 or later) tutorial on object-oriented programming. It uses a subset of C++. Examples are compatible with Symantec Think C 5 (or later) and any C++ compiler. TCFS also serves as an on-line C reference. $20 shareware, 10 copies/$100.
