Using the appropriate cable, the FireWire to SCSI adapter can be interfaced to either a 4- or 6-pin IEEE 1394 host interface. An LED indicates power and activity on the SCSI bus. The FireWire to SCSI Adapter draws its power from either the IEEE 1394 bus, or from the SCSI device termination power line. A power input connector is also provided in situations where additional power is required.
