Just put in my OS 8.1 CD, it's definitely "The Old Apartment" on this one.

"The Old Apartment" is on my 8.0 disc.

I'm almost sure the One Week video came on some operating system, but it probably was either a late version of 8.x or a version of 9.x

My copy of 8.0 has "The Old Apartment" on it. My copy of 9.0 has "Call and Answer" on it.

Well, unless I'm going insane, it must be 8.5, 8.6, or one of the later versions of 9. *checks*

Where are these songs? I've never seen any songs or videos on any of my system disks...

I can't find them on system restore disks, but on the retail versions they're in the quicktime samples folder(or quicktime extras, i forgot which)

They're under CD Extras -> QuickTime Sample/s depending on the version of the OS

Aha! Mac OS 8.5 has One Week. Good to know I'm not insane :)

It isn't "One Week" on my iMac Install disc. I wonder what it is.

MacTCP, how big is the file? If it's not too large I may be able to check it out if you send it across.

After gaining a title bar from upgrading to Quicktime 6 from Quicktime 3, it is called:

Thank You from "Sugar Funk" by Soul Candy

Ah, well that explains it. :D

700MHz for the second auction huh?

I wasn't aware of any CPU upgrades for the iMacs that go that fast...

could be over clocked the fastest imac g3 upgrade i know off is by sonnet a 600 mhz G3 with a firewire socket

iMac G3s were sold with 700mhz CPUs.

I just pulled down the Help menu, and there's a great tutorial installed with the OS where you can explore a tomb in a rainforest AND type a letter to Mrs. Smith!

The fastest iMac's released were indeed the 700mhz PowerPC 750CX series, but it's not often they show up for sale.
