Deep IIci rejuvenation, possible ROM select problem

Hate to drag up an old thread, but were you ever successful?

I haven't played with it much, my projects are on hold until I find a place to live. This Mac is successful in the sense that you can burn ROM chips and it will run off of them.

I did try modifying the happy Mac icon and updating the checksum, and burning that. That did NOT work for some reason. I'm not sure why. But I didn't play with it much so it's sort of inconclusive.

That just LOOKS awesome. Great job.
