XPostFacto: Internal HDD "Not Bootable"
I got one of my Kangas fully up and running (actually posting this thread from it) and would like to put something more useful than 9.1 on it. I installed XPostFacto but in the main application window it displays the internal HDD on the system as "not bootable". The drive is clearly bootable for OS9, so I'm not sure why XPostFacto would say it isn't. I've read the FAQs for the program but there's nothing about anything like this. Any ideas about what could cause this would be greatly appreciated.
You should be able to just go into Mac OS X's preferences and click on Startup Disk, and reboot to your Mac OS 9 system.
Once in Mac OS 9, you need to use OS9 Helper to install Mac OS 9.2.1 or 9.2.2.
Remember to follow the steps mentioned to restore your sound after installing Mac OS 9.2.x.
Hope this helps.
