I got a new PSU a while ago, the guy is a mac guy and confirmed it working.
Got my new CPU today. 
It still doesn't work.
This is with a confirmed working PSU, LB, and now CPU.

I ordered a new front switch for 15$ on eBay. :-/

You can manually jump the pins, no need for an actual switch.

You can pull it all out of the case and try on a wood board or something.
