Macintosh Portable Battery Rebuild

Does anyone know if this item EnerSys Hawker Cyclon 0809-0012 6v-5.0ah Battery. 6v 5ah Monoblock will work ok on the Mac Portable as a replacement? I'm thinking it might just fit in the can of the old battery.. You can find this on ebay.. Anyone know if it will work ok??

It meets the requirements I'm not sure it fits inside the old case. I bought new old stock and made exact rebuild.

the ribs that go along the edge are a bit too thick and need to be removed to fit inside the battery housing, but otherwise it works fine, i used one of those for my 5126
