You must have missed the Reagan era, when Democrats even felt it necessary to begin issuing on-air "responses" to every speech or news conference the president had.

Politicians, in general, are slime. I don't trust most of 'em, Republican or Democrat. Was Clinton slime? Yepper. So Was Nixon.

The Lewinsky affair had the effect of the whole of Europe laughing their asses off at Kenneth Starr and the Republican agenda. Nobody - and I mean honestly, nobody - over here gives the slightest whiff about your presidents' sex lives.
