To try and word it gently. When you are having sex, a woman takes a fair bit longer than a man to orgasm. It doesn't magically happen at the same time.

So after about 3 minutes of pumping, a man has the potential to orgasm. He loses his erection, and therefore can't really continue on with the act very well (not always the case, but usually).

I find it fairly difficult to ejaculate... and I can't during oral sex or when my lady's on top. She really likes that.

I most definitely have to be in the dominant position to "go for the gold". Plus, there's no way that I can manage it if I'm wearing a condom. As it is, I don't see it as too much of a problem, I just have to work harder than most.
