Everybody else uses their (free bandwidth included) .Mac account to post their pictures, and what do I do?

Go through a gig of (rather expensive) bandwidth on my web server just for this thread.

Of course, it doesn't help that I insist on posting them in lossless PNG, either.... Oh well...

i grabbed it off of canon japan's 1Ds website, but unfortunately it is no longer there. the spoon image still is there. (go to canoneos.com and follow the 1Ds, then sample images links to find it -- i'd link, but it's flash.)

Sorry, it is not a Packard Hell, or a Packard Bell.

It's a computer I made myself. Not sure *WHY* you thought it was a Packard Hell, but I'd never let myself near one; let alone touch one with a 10ft bambo stick while wearing electricians gloves.

Blast from the Past! The dual dual setup:

So this picture is about 3 years old.. crummy berkeley apt. as well.

this was when 10.1 *just* came out, so my friend came up from LA to go to that macworld. He brought his machine and set it up on a spare desk I had.

On the left is a dual 500mhz powermac G4, and a dell P3-500mhz laptop.

On the right is my dual 450mhz powermac G4, with those nifty harmon kardon soundsticks. They had good midrange, but low end kinda sucked. Not worth the $200 I paid for it..

Sorry I don't have any newer pics, no digicam.
Just come back to my stupid tiny dorm...

Can it handle the weight of the MDD..

If you like McLaren, check out www.formula-one.net

That site has some amazing high res shots.
