Computer Technician/Program Evaluator/lots of other things... It sure sounds fun and the people are nice.
Here is an update. I came home today for lunch and waited for the beep of the answering machine. Nothing... I go well, it would have been cool. Then BEEP.
It was the guy I interviewed with. He gave me both his work number and his cell number. It is now 1pm cst, so I am going to call him back and see what happens!

Woohoo! New job
So I guess for you finding a job doesn't suck so bad?
I've been searching for 6 months or more. I'm a nuclear and civil engineer by degree(s) and controls engineer by experience. Got one call through careerbuilder or monster (don't remember which). phone interview. no offer.
I went on an interview about 2 months ago they lowballed the offer. Negotiations failed.
I did go on an interview last week. I'll hear back in another 2 weeks. This was internal to my company.
Success really depends on your willingness to relocate or take a paycut. I'm not willing to. If I were, I was made an offer 5 months ago. They said "name your price" and knowing the position, I could have easily said $130k and they would have done it. But I don't want to live in NYC then drive home on weekends. That would totally suck.
The search goes on...

In the past 5 years, Monsters is 2/2.
I'll butt in here... I just went for an "interview" (went to the construction site) for a construction/landscaping job. He'll give me a call on Monday to let me know if I got it or not.

You poor soul. On the construction/landscaping side of things, not the interviewing side.
Good luck.
