Michael Moore doesn't represent America. I almost puked when I saw the latest ad for his movie where they photoshopped an American flag onto his hat. Funny though was the photoshop shop job they did transplanting his head on a smaller body in the "Controversey, What Controversey?" ad.

I don't exactly disagree with Moore on some important issues like gun control. However it disgusts me when he parades himself as being for the common man yet turns around and calls Americans stupid and dangerous. In other words he's a fraud.

In before Zimphire and his love slave devotion to Michael Moore.

hmmm .if you watched the film, you'd see that the funniest and most bizzar parts were from george w bush's own mouth...

And what wdlove said was as shocking as when a friend's mom told me that she believed Bush was chosen by God. I guess we've gone right back to a monarchy.

There is a reason Moore's film, whatever its flaws, has been greeted by sold-out audiences that errupt in applause at the end. He gives a voice to those Americans who have been ignored and ridiculed by the current administration. Many of us, good citizens who vote, who volunteer in our schools, who are good parents, and who work hard to make where we live a better place, are sick and tired of being labeled unpatriotic and even traitors for opposing Bush's own global jihad.
If you think giving the opposition a voice destroys your way of life, you have missed what this country is about.

If we're going to talk about films with an ideology that represents a segment of our culture that isn't well enough represented, I think this paints more of a picture than Moore's film.

I vowed never to see f-911 at the theatre, and It's good to see that Moore supports downloading of his movie, because I did just that and viewed it recently.

Total crap ! What a bunch of garbage and propaganda. I didn't gain any info that I did not already know from before I saw that movie. Wow, a bunch of newsclips, most of which I was aware of from before, presented to me by some crackpot narrator bringing on the conspiracy theories, none of which are proven in the movie.

I won't post my review of it here, I'll do that in the other lounge eventually, but I will just say that anybody who applauds this movie is totally blind, and is a person who believes and supports dirty tricks, lies, manipulation and crackpot conspiracy theories. I know there's a few people who don't like Bush, but you guys must be getting damn desperate when you resort to backing a poorly made Nazi style propaganda movie, inorder to back up your distorted views.

I hope the movie fails miserably (not economically obviously, but in it's stated goals.)

This evil left propaganda will backfire miserably on you guys.



I see somebody called someone else a "loser" because he dared to say something negative about this movie. Well bring the personal insults on if you must, I realize the left has nothing else useful to come with, besides attacks.

I will call most of you posting in this thread losers when/if Bush wins in November. You're not even good losers, but miserable losers.

THere is no point in moving this thread to politics, there's nothing being said that can't be said in one of the MM threads already there.
