Fallout Character Editor is a Mac-side save-game editor for MacPlay's port of Interplay's post-apocalyptic RPG Fallout, letting players tweak a character's seven primary SPECIAL stats outside the normal level-up flow on either fresh characters or saves already in progress.
What It Edits
Adjusts the seven SPECIAL attribute scores (Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility, Luck) that drive every derived stat and skill check in Fallout.
Supported Files
Works on both pre-game character files (.GCD) and on saved games already underway via the SAVE.DAT file, so you can fix a regrettable build mid-playthrough rather than restarting.
Status and Audience
Distributed as an alpha-stage utility (1.0a2) aimed at Mac Fallout players, sibling to the project tracked under the slug fallout-char-editor in the same archive.
