Ootw 103 Updt is the Macintosh updater that brings Eric Chahi's cinematic platformer Out of This World - known internationally as Another World - up to version 1.0.3. The patch is part of the family of updaters preserved on Macintosh Garden alongside the base Delphine Software release.
What it patches
It bumps an existing Out of This World installation from an earlier 1.x build to 1.0.3. Macintosh Garden notes 1.0.3 may misbehave under Mac OS 9 and that 1.0.2 runs more reliably for some users.
Origin
Out of This World was designed and animated by Eric Chahi, with the Mac edition published through Delphine Software's distribution. The 1.0.3 updater ships in the same archive that bundles versions 1.0, 1.2 and 1.3 with their updaters.
System requirements
Targets the base game's environment: 2 MB RAM, System 6.0.7 or later, a 256-color display, and a hard disk for the patched install.
