Road Kill 1.0 is a small Macintosh shareware game by Baehr in which the player guides Phuzzie, a baby squirrel, on a quest to reach Cloud 9 while dodging an oncoming steam roller. Wrong answers send Phuzzie to squirrel hell, making the title equal parts trivia quiz and cartoon hazard.
Gameplay
Each screen presents a question with clickable answer choices; selecting the correct one advances Phuzzie toward Cloud 9, while a wrong choice sends the squirrel to its doom under the roller.
Style and Tone
The game leans on simple cartoon humor and a deliberately silly premise, typical of bedroom-coder Mac shareware released for friends and small online circles in the late 1990s.
