Lord of the Deck is a Macintosh deckbuilding program for the popular collectible card game Magic: The Gathering. It pairs a clean interface with a fast implementation, supporting collection management, deck testing features, and more. Version 2.5 added the Alliances expansion set to the card pool.
Deck construction
Build and edit Magic decks with a native Mac UI, drawing from a card database that tracks owned collections so you can see which decks you can actually field.
Testing
Built-in testing features let you shuffle, draw, and exercise a deck before taking it to a real table.
Card sets
The 2.5 release covers the Alliances expansion in addition to the earlier sets, keeping the database current with mid-1990s Magic.
Requirements
Runs on a Macintosh under System 7.0 or later. Distributed through the Info-Mac archive in BinHex form.
