Memo Plus

Memo+ is a Macintosh memory card game in which players try to find matching pairs of cards turned face down on the table. The author bundles two distinct modes and a tournament organizer with statistics tracking, plus a small tool for users who want to author their own card-set plug-ins.

Game modes

The first mode is the classic concentration variant: turn pairs over and remember positions until you have collected every match. The second mode hides one card from the deck, and the winner is the player who correctly identifies which card is missing.

Tournaments

Memo+ can organize tournaments for between five and sixty-four players, keeping running statistics for each participant. Players or hosts can also load additional plug-in card sets, with a small included tool to assist in creating new ones.

Requirements

The game runs on PowerPC Macintoshes under System 7.1 or later, and requires a 256-color display. It is distributed via the Info-Mac archive as info-mac/game/brd/memo-plus.hqx.
